  1. Orders are processed and delivered via email within minutes during normal office hours unless there is a problem that requires further verification by a billing specialist. It is possible we may need to call you to verify your order. We will deliver your order as soon as possible and if there is a problem we will contact you by whatever means necessary to get your order to you in a timely manner.


  2. When contacting us about your order please include your Full Name and Shipping Address to speed up the process.


  3. Did you receive a receipt immediately after you placed your order (via Paypal)? If not, there is something wrong with the email address you provided. If we cannot deliver a receipt, unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order. If you paid via PayPal you will receive your receipt from PayPal, not from our servers.


  4. Check your receipt:
    Did you include the EXACT billing NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER on your order as it appears on your monthly credit card statement? If not, your order will be delayed until ALL EXACT BILLING INFO is received. Please note this includes the EXACT billing phone number. If you catch this error before we do, Contact Us immediately with your correct billing information that appears on your monthly credit card statement.


  5. Will shipping costs ever change?
    We do our best to make sure that the lowest shipping rates are charged.


  6. How can I pay for my order?
    We accept three different ways to pay for your orders:
    • Credit Card: We accept all the major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We recommend this as the best way to make your purchases with us, since it allows us to ship your products promptly.
    • Wire Transfer: To arrange for a direct bank transfer, please e-mail our accounting department for our bank account details.



Sales Terms & Conditions

  1. Technical Documents: Our products page contains the technical descriptions such as the Certificate of Analysis (COA), Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) images and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns. The buyer and/or user must double-check these web descriptions before the order is placed. Some variations of the specifications are acceptable.

  2. Sales Terms & Conditions: For institutional purchase orders, the payment in United State Dollars (USD) is due 30 days from the date of shipping invoice, unless otherwise stated. For any overdue payments, the buyer will be obligated to pay a delay fee at 2% of the outstanding amount each month.

  3. Product Specifications: The seller reserves the right to change product specifications without prior notice to the buyer. The buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from any issues arising from these specification changes, and will not hold the buyer liable for damages.
