All products sold by NANOSHEL™ are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, under the laws of the Indian Government.

  1. All prices are in US dollars, and are subject to change, and to a minimum order requirement. Prices do not include shipping, any applicable taxes or customs charges, which must be paid by the Customer. Please confirm prices and delivery when ordering; price quotations are normally valid for 4 Weeks, unless reconfirmed.
  2. All orders are subject to acceptance by NANOSHEL™, and should include the NANOSHEL™ Item Number for each product desired. Please consult the NANOSHEL™ website, at www.NANOSHEL.com, to determine correct Item Numbers.
  3. Minimum order is $150, plus shipping and handling charges, and any applicable taxes, fees, and duties. Shipping and handling for small shipments is $20 for domestic orders, and normally $55 for foreign orders; overnight delivery is available, at extra charge. Customers may have shipping billed to a designated carrier, if the Customers account number, and type of service desired is provided with the order.
  4. Nanotubes are shipped in powder form, packaged in Glass bottles and packed in thermocol and Cardboard Box for shipment.
  5. Sales Tax is a levy on purchase and sale of goods in India and is levied under the authority of both Central Legislation (Central Sales Tax) and State Governments Legislations (Sales Tax). The government levies Sales Tax principally on intra-state sale of goods. States also levy tax on transactions which are "deemed sales" like works contracts and leases.
  6. Quotations and delivery estimates should be requested, and confirmed by email, for any non-standard items or quantities required. Please contact the NANOSHEL™ by email, Phone or Fax
  7. Payment: 100% Advance Payment by Telegraphic Transfer or by VISA, MasterCard or by Demand Draft in favour of Intelligent Materials, Payable at Chandigarh (India).
  8. Payment Methods accepted: Credit Card - VISA, and MasterCard are accepted (please provide account number and expiration date); Indian Postal Money Order; or Company, University, or Personal Check.
  9. Insurance: Shipments are be insured at the Customers expense
  10. Test reports: All shipments will be provided with a Purity Analysis Certificate, which verifies Carbon content, residual catalyst content, and functional groups (if any). Extra testing and characterization services, including SEM, TEM, AFM, TGA, and optical spectroscopy are available at extra cost, and may delay delivery; please inquire NANOSHEL™.
  11. Please note that NANOSHEL™ normally provides nominal CNT purity values expressed in units of Weight Percent, which is more stringent than using Volume Percent. This should be kept in mind when comparing technical information and prices from different CNT vendors.
  12. Export Sales: Prices in NANOSHEL™ Price Lists are in (USD). For foreign shipments, please make required conversion to USD. Payment of applicable customs fees, taxes, etc. is the Customers responsibility. Payment is to be made by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit, unless other arrangements are made with NANOSHEL™ confirmed by email. Foreign shipments may only be made in compliance with any applicable Indian export control laws; end-user information may be required to obtain an export license.
  13. Limited Liability: All nanotubes are sold by NANOSHEL™ as is. The suitability of nanotubes for a particular application is the responsibility of the Customer to determine, as is compliance with all relevant patents, laws, safety procedures, and regulations. The liability of CTI shall be limited to the sales price; no other warranty is expressed or implied.
  14. Nanotube properties given should be considered as nominal values obtained from representative samples, rather than as specifications.
