Fine Cobalt Powder  use of microwave absorption materials has attracted great interest due to rapid increases of electromagnetic interference (EMI) pollution by communication devices like mobile phones, local area network, radar systems etc. Electromagnetic waves cause interruption in the operation of electronically/magnetically controlled devices. Soft metallic magnets are potential materials for microwave absorption in high frequency region. In the present investigation, our main focus is to synthesize nano-magnetic CoFe2 metal alloy and to study physical properties relevance to EMI shielding.

Fine Cobalt Powder of cobalt possess large magnetic moments a measure of magnetic strength and unique catalytic properties, and have potential applications in information storage, energy and medicine. This emerging field, monodisperse magnetic NPs are desirable owing to their broad range of applications, such as data storage devices and sensors. The advances in preparing semiconductor and metallic NPs, specifically by the method of injecting molecular precursors into hot organic surfactant solution, have improved the NP samples remarkably, with good size control, narrow size distribution, and good crystallinity of individual and disperse nanoparticles.

Fine Cobalt Powder possess magnetic properties, which leads to applications in imaging, sensors, and many other areas. Cobalt, is used to enhance the permeability of an insulator layer, it is essential to have the metallic material as isolated particles. Otherwise the insulating properties of the dielectric are compromised.
