Graphene oxide nanopowder is a two-dimensional material and it is an oxidized form of graphene with oxygen functional groups. Graphene oxide is a hydrophilic material due to the presence of oxygen functional groups in graphene oxide and also it can be dispersed in water or any other solvent in contrast to graphene. For the improvement of electrical and mechanical properties, hydrophilic graphene oxide easily mixes with polymer and ceramics matrixes.
