Silver Nano Spray: Silver Nano has been in use since time immemorial in the form of metallic silver, silver nitrate, silver sulfadiazine for the treatment of burns, wounds and several bacterial infections. But due to the emergence of several antibiotics the use of these silver compounds has been declined remarkably. Nanotechnology is gaining tremendous impetus in the present century due to its capability of modulating metals into their nanosize, which drastically changes the chemical, physical and optical properties of metals. Metallic silver in the form of silver nanoparticles has made a remarkable comeback as a potential antimicrobial agent. The use of silver nanoparticles is also important, as several pathogenic bacteria have developed resistance against various antibiotics. Hence, silver nanoparticles have emerged up with diverse medical applications ranging from silver based dressings, silver coated medicinal devices, such as nanogels, nanolotions, etc.

Silver Nano Spray: Inorganic particles, of either simple or composite nature, display unique physical and chemical properties and represent an increasingly important material in the development of novel nanodevices which can be used in numerous physical, biological, biomedical, and pharmaceutical applications. A number of recent achievements offer the possibility of generating new types of nanostructured materials with designed surface and structural properties. antimicrobial formulations in the form of nanoparticles could be used as effective bactericidal materials. silver ions and silver-based compounds are highly toxic to microorganisms showing strong biocidal effects on as many as 16 species of bacteria including E. coli. Thus, silver ions, as an antibacterial component, have been used in the formulation of dental resin composites and ion exchange fibers and in coatings of medical devices

Silver Nano Spray: Biomedical and industrial applications have become widely accepted and are the most promising sector for the generation of new applications in medicine. It is now clear that AgNPs possess a strong antibacterial and antiviral activity, highlighted by several studies. Silver Nano have the ability to interact with various microorganisms (such as bacteria) and also impact both the growth of and mature bacterial biofilms and, therefore, could be used as broad spectrum antimicrobials. The antibacterial effect appears to be conferred by their ultrasmall size and increased surface area, through which they destroy the membrane, cross the body of the microbe and create intracellular damage.

Silver Nano Spray: Biosynthesis and nanotechnology has opened new possibilities, in particular for biomedical applications, and the synthesis of noble metal nanoparticles, for various applications such as catalysis, electronics, optics, environmental and biotechnology. Silver nanoparticles are used in the field of biosensing, imaging, drug delivery, nanodevice fabrication, and medicine. the silver ions and silver-based compounds are highly toxic in nature to microorganisms; this toxicity depends upon the preparation of the nanosized particles which are specific in size and shape, and exhibits different physical and chemical properties. AgNPs, and these physical or chemical properties are responsible for the effect on microorganisms.
