Sodium Fluoride Powder: Optical Crystals such as CaF2, BaF2, MgF2, LiF, Nacl, KCL, KBR are widely used in IR optics and UV optics. High transparency and low loss optical windows, prisms, lenses, acromatic lenses and parallel planes have been fabricated in these optical materials. These crystals are applied to entire optical wavelength range from vacuum ultraviolet (0.11um) to far infrared (40um).
Sodium Fluoride Powder: Some doped fluoride crystals like LiF:Mg,Ti or CaF2: Dy are radiation detectors and efficient TL dosimeters mainly for higher energy radiation. Most solidstate dosimeters are based on effects of thermoluminescence (TL) and more recently also on methods of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) and photo-transferred TL (PTTL).
Sodium Fluoride Powder: It should also be noted that the application of monochromatic VUV radiation enables the evaluation of the photon energy which is most efficient for the formation of defects and the excitation of TL.
Sodium Fluoride Powder salts are often added to municipal drinking water (as well as certain food products in some countries) for the purposes of maintaining dental health. The fluoride enhances the strength of teeth by the formation of fluorapatite, a naturally occurring component of tooth enamel. Although sodium fluoride is used to fluoridate water and, indeed, is the standard by which other water-fluoridation compounds are gauged, hexafluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6) and its salt sodium hexafluorosilicate (Na2SiF6) are more commonly used in Toothpaste often contains sodium fluoride to prevent cavities, although tin(II) fluoride and sodium monofluorophosphate are generally considered superior for this application Preventing cavities in children older than 6 months of age when the amount of fluoride in the water supply is too low.
Sodium Fluoride Powder is a mineral. It works by strengthening the teeth and decreasing the effects of acid and bacteria on the teeth. Applications if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding, if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement, if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances,if you have joint pain, severe kidney problems, or stomach or intestinal ulcers.
